For six months, you’ll have an experienced leadership advisor who gets to know you, your key people, and how your business really operates. Bring me the leadership decisions, people challenges and growing pains you're dealing with right now. Together, we'll determine what needs your attention, what your leaders need to own, and what needs to change as the business grows.
