Every member owns an established business. The Leadership Lab is not a fit if you own a multi-level marketing business or a side hustle while you work elsewhere.

As an introvert, Shelli has the desire to create intimate experiences where deep relationships can bloom, the exact opposite of the noise, distractions and invisibility big group programs have.

Shelli is your coach and attends every call. Periodically she also invites a guest expert to share their expertise and co-facilitates those calls ensuring members get their specific questions answered.
All calls are recorded, locked into your calendar, and set on a drumbeat so you will always know when we meet via Zoom. Dates shift only when a US or CAD holiday interrupts the drumbeat. Call times consider PT, MT, CT and ET time zones. You will also receive a printable calendar that reflects the length of your program so that your Executive Assistant can update your digital calendar tool.

Former 1:1 clients and Leadership Lab clients are invited to enroll their team members in the TEAM LEADER program, which includes a monthly Q&A drop-in call and a Quarterly Live Training Call along with an extensive library of on-demand training, tools, and frameworks for $300 USD pp/month. Take advantage of the savings by enrolling more than one team member.

On the 24th of each month, your payment will be automatically processed. You will be contacted 30 days before the end of your program to inquire about your interest in renewing or exiting the program.
A standard small group coaching program contract will be provided to you that outlines all the particulars and agreements of our program.
The Leadership Lab 101 program is designed to emerge you directly into foundational tools and frameworks that will accelerate your effectiveness in leading your business and your team. It’s your chance to deliberately lean into leadership essentials and be supported as you apply the learnings quickly to experience maximum results.
Additional strategy sessions with Shelli are available for purchase at a reduced rate.
Members of the Leadership Lab and Leadership Lab +Plus program are invited to a 2-day in-person retreat twice a year. You will be responsible for covering the cost and organizing your travel and accommodations. We provide meals, snacks, beverages, and retreat materials. Care is taken to assist you with roommate requests and special needs. We start each day at 10AM and end at 4PM allowing ample time for family check-ins and me-time before group dinners.
Currently, no retreat is planned for members of the Leadership Lab 101 program.
People who experience the most success in our programs are open to new perspectives and coaching. Collecting and containing the tools and resources alone won’t lead to any significant shift in performance and outcomes. The best results occur when people apply what they’ve learned directly to their business with a planned rollout and clear communication to their team.
You may leave the program after your Leadership Lab 12-month commitment or Leadership Lab 101 4-month commitment has been met; however, you would only be able to rejoin during the next enrollment period.
